 In today’s world, cooperation is extremely important because there are challenges facing the entire humanity and the only way to overcome them is through cooperation. The best example is global warming, imagine if the world has not agreed on the fact that planet earth is suffering from pollution and we are all responsible for it. Countries are trying hard to implement what was agreed upon in summits and global forums.

    Another example of the importance of cooperation at work. If things are not being tackled through cooperation, people will suffer from stress which is- perhaps- the worst thing about a job. In a cooperative work environment, there is less negative energy and misunderstanding.
